4th Annual People’s Choice Photography Contest Rules:
- Contest is open to everyone
- All entries must be matted, not framed
- Including the matting, photos must be no smaller than 5″x7″ or larger than 11.5″x14″
- Each contestant may enter no more than 3 pictures
- Photos may be turned in anytime from March 31, 2012 to April 25, 2012 at 1:00pm
